CLUB STAND BOOKING INFORMATION

CLUB DISPLAY VEHICLE AND TICKET BOOKING DEADLINE: 5pm Sunday 16 April 2023

HOW TO BOOK

  1. Go to: Donington Historic

  2. Direct Link to Ticket log in on MSV - Create your MSV account, or login if you already have an account.
    When you get to the page that asks ‘who are you displaying with?’ select ‘With a club’ then select MX-5 Owners Club from the list

  3. CAR DETAILS: Add the details of the vehicle/s you will be bringing to display on the club stand.

  4. TICKET SELECTION: IMPORTANT - the online club ordering system automatically puts one combined adult driver entry ticket/display vehicle parking pass for your chosen day/days into your shopping basket before you get to the ticket selection area. This ticket gives entry to both the driver and their car. So, when you get to ticket selection, just select any passenger entry tickets that you may need.

  5. In the shopping basket you will see any additional tickets you have chosen showing as entry tickets and your combined driver entry ticket/parking pass will show as a vehicle display pass (shown at the price for an entry ticket). The tickets will automatically be discounted by 50% so you don’t need to enter any club code.

Please note, there is no telephone booking facility, and the club discount is only available to those bringing a display vehicle (and their vehicle passengers).

Need to amend the details of your registered display car once you have bought your driver entry ticket? Email events@msv.com and they will be able to change the vehicle details in their system and issue a replacement combineddisplay parking pass/driver entry ticket for you.

Need additional parking only passes ( not additional combined driver entry tickets/parking passes)? For example, if you have bought your driver entry ticket/parking pass but plan to bring a different car on each of the two days of the event so need a pass that will allow you to park a different car to that listed on your combined driver entry ticket/parkingpass on the second day. Please email events@msv.com and they will sort this for you.

Just to confirm with tickets. The display pass includes entry for the driver and car? So total for one person and car for example will be £12.50? Or is the display pass just for the car and the driver and passangers will need seperate tickets?

If bringing a passenger add additional tickets, the discount extends to those tickets also

Such good value - two days including infield parking for just £20. The Club has a great infield spot too. Just booked - thanks :+1:

Hi,
Are there any spaces left on the clubstand for this event please?
I’d like to attend but my car goes for an MOT on Friday and I don’t want to commit before it passes.

Yes - but you need log into the ticket section to see which packages are still availble

I know ticketing is not easy to get through, but that does seem more tricky than it needs to be

Last minute decision to attend. While I have an MSV account already, and can buy a ticket for the Sunday I can’t see the page asking who I am displaying with . Am I too late or am I being thick ?

Folks the cutoff date was Sunday 16th as per the top post.

Please do not call Karen about tickets, her role is organising the Clubs, not members buying tickets.

Noted , thanks . I will get an ordinary ticket - no hardship , just no infield parking which is a cross I can easily bear .
