Hi all. How do i download my service history from the My Mazda app? I can access and download my most recent service, but there’s no download button for the previous 2 services. Any idea?
I have a Download All option at the bottom. On iOS.
Can you see the other two service in the app?
If not, it sounds like they weren’t logged on the app
If yes, the download all button only seems to work when accessed via:
Top right “hamburger” menu > MYMAZDA > My Services > Service History> Download All
The download button when accessed directly via MY SERVICES tab > Service History doesn’t do anything after the download completes as discussed here:
Neither button works for me. It says downloading but nothing actually happens.
This seems common. Keep trying. I suspect Mazda server capacity is rather low for this function. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t.
