But if you can source “High Carbon” discs they are better.
Brembo “may” do them but other brands also.
I’d say no too, the standard discs are perfectly adequate for normal road use. Those with groved discs, do they make that much difference?
Unless you are hung up on the look and or running a 300 hp forced induction motor I would not bother, unless you like ridiculously sharp braking. If you were to up grade because you experience brake fade for instance try some high performance brake fluid before even thinking about more aggressive discs or pads. Have fun what ever you choose.
Grooved discs keep the pads clean, curved vanes in ventilated discs will aid cooling. Wouldn’t use drilled as cracking can occur around the holes (which has happened to me)
