Driver side speakers not working

  1. My model of MX-5 is: __NC1
  2. I’m based near: __Rugby
  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: __My drivers side speakers have stopped working.Recently took out the radio but am pretty sure they were both still working once refitted. Any suggestions?

What have you tried so far? If you’ve recently had the head unit out I’m going to be a cynic and say you’ve disturbed something. Perhaps a plug you replaced didn’t quite snap into place and has come out. Revisit and check would be my first move.

Got the same thing with our NC1, not removed the radio or done anything electrical but all the drivers side speakers have stopped working…

No. Just bought new speakers. Originals were rubbish anyway. Bought these but from amazon. 2 Way 250w Door Speaker Upgrade, MX5 Mk2 2.5 3 3.5 3.75
Sound is better but we (her indoors and me) are not music perfectionists.

Very easy to fit. Took me about 25 mins for both.
