You don’t say how we can help, guessing slow to retract?

“They all do that sir” or did they fix it on later NC’s?

Slow to retract seems to be a common problem.
General view appears to be that washing the belt in situ is a good cure. Pull all the slack out, so you can so it outside the car but still in place.
On my nc2, I sprayed with Halfords silicone as well and that has really improved it

I did the bucket of warm water and a drop of washing up liquid. Pulled all the way out and leave to soak. Make sure fully dried. Release slack and let recoil then pull out a few times. Works a treat.

Spraying the seabelt guides with the Halfords silicon spray is the single best thing you can do to improve matters
