I just got my car back from Dynamics Detailing near Lutterworth in Leicestershire. £300 for a two stage paint correction detail which took 2 full days plus £25 for leather cleaning. It’s immaculate, I don’t think it came out of the factory looking like it does now.
Ross, the owner, also gave me some advice about the hand car washes that are all over the place. I wasn’t aware that to get the car clean quickly they use solvents that wreck your paint, then another one to make it easier to dry. And the stuff they put on your tyres rots the rubber, then sprays on your bodywork when you drive off. You live and learn.
