East Sussex - Heaven Farm Bluebell Walk and picnic - 21st April 2019

Easter Sunday - If you have nothing planned why not join us for pleasant run through the countryside and then a beautiful bluebell walk and picnic.

Meeting Place : Due to this being Easter Sunday our usual meeting venue is not open so we will be meeting at 10am at Raystede Animal Sanctuary, The Broyle, Lewes BN8 5AJ  Then leaving at 11am for a run through the Sussex countryside and arriving at our destination of Heaven Farm, Furner’s Green,Uckfield TN22 3RG at around 12 noon.

We have it on good authority that the bluebells should be at their best by the weekend  The walk is not compulsory so if you feel like just relaxing and enjoying the lovely surroundings, please do.  Anyone wishing to do the walk this is usually around £5.00 per person

 The weather for the weekend looks really warm and sunny, so eat your picnic lunch in the sun, then enjoy the walk hopefully with the bluebells at their breath-taking best.

Thank you everyone for joining us for a great day out.  17 cars and 32 members, quite a few of whom came from Kent for this beautiful bluebell walk and picnic. Hope you all enjoyed yourselves.  We certainly picked the best day for the bluebells
