Meet at Raystede Animal Centre The Broyle, Lewes BN8 5AJ at 10.15am for coffee and a look round in the shop.
Then a short country run to Bateman’s, Bateman’s Lane, Burwash, Etchingham TN19 7DS, which was once the home of Rudyard Kipling. Explore the 17th Century house and beautiful spring gardens and then have lunch in the café.
This is a National Trust property so if you are a member entrance and parking is free. If you are not a member entrance is £11.50 per person and parking is £3.00
This is another run and day out just for the ladies of the club, especially any new lady members so you can get to know others. If you wish to bring a friend along, please do so as long as that friend is female.
