We are aiming to arrive at the museum at 11am and will then be met at the yard gate and parked inside the museum.
The normal entrance fee is £9 for adults and £8 for concessions but the museum has given us a group rate at £7 per person and we ask that you go to the entrance and pay once you are parked.
The museum has lots of interesting exhibits and information can be found on their website link below. There is also a café and a gift shop on site.
We are aiming to have at least two separate runs to the meet point, one for the King’s Lynn meet area and one form the Cambridge meet area.
We will then aim to meet at Morrisons, George Westwood Way, Beccles NR34 9BP between 10:15 and 10:45 and then proceed to the museum in convoy. If anyone is coming from another area they can either meet us at Beccles or arrange your own group run to the meet point. I am happy to put details of any other meeting points on this post.
Cambridge meeting point (Bury pickup)
Tesco car park, Fordham Road Newmarket –
Meet from 08:30 depart 08:45. We will travel along the A14 from Newmarket to Bury and then down the A143 via Diss to Beccles. We will stop off in
Tesco St Saviours Interchange, Bury St Edmunds IP32 at approx. 09:00 - 09:05 and pick up anyone there if required
