also, in my experience, the local Mazda dealer, EMG, is very poor, and I would recommend against them.
I have been pleased with service at AG Toft in Bourne. you can submit a scan/photo of their invoice to Mazda and they will add an independent operator’s service to the vehicles online service log.
Our expereience is quite the opposite, despite living in Norwich we’ve been using EMG Cambridge since 2008 for both buying and servicing our cars and have found them to be excellent. Would have no hesitation recommending EMG Cambridge.
hmm, interesting. EMG Mazda were totally indifferent when I went in to buy an MX5, and one week later bought one from Donalds in Bury where the sales guy was excellent.
