EML (P0403), EGR and BBR upgrade

I have a 2011 NC2 which I’ve owned from new. It’s just popped the EML light on with P0403 (seems to be the EGR stepper motor).

I’ve been thinking of getting a BBR upgrade including their manifold.

This may be a daft question, but is the EGR retained on a BBR setup? This could be the right time to make the leap!

After checking the state of my bank balance, I decided to just do the EGR valve stepper motor for now.

It’s all stripped down. The stepper motor registered the right resistance values, but the EGR itself seems to work well enough, so I’m assuming the motor is faulty.

The stepper motor was marked as a Ford part, so I’ve bought a Ford EGR and will swap the stepper motor over when it arrives.
