Engine start button flashing amber

  3. I’m looking for technical help or recommendations on: __start button flashing amber. Engine starts and runs OK. No green light, just amber flashing, before and after start. Car battery fully charged, keyfob battery changed. Car is standard - no mods.

Is it just the start button light that flashes or are there any lights on the dash too?

It might be worth you casting an eye over this topic, the connectors referenced can give all sorts of symptoms if they’re corroded.

No other fault indications. Just the flashing amber.
