Ok so I may still have it? Do I need to pop the clutch on a wet road and see what happens? I’m still hoping my car has lsd but I’ve not had the opportunity to brake much traction yet
Possible to tell from this? 1993 eunos S special
Hi All, Have a good look at this on ebay number 321444161153 These guys deserve our support. At this price I can see a great many MXs being equipped with this great bit of kit soon. I
m saving my pennys hard. After all why gamble on a diff change where you may not know it
s condition when you can go brand new. Happy days.
An example of what this type of kit has cost in the past can be seen on ebay no 290622389659.
Since thats a 1993 1.8, and you have said its a S-Special, it should have come from the factory with a 4.100 Torsen T1. The door sticker will identify the grade.
Looks good! They have two items for sale, the diff’ for mx5 and 1 item for a Landy, Good feedback on del’ etc for both items but no feed back on how well it fits and works as yet.

Definitely and S (elec mirrors, windows, PAS, AC, strut brace, cabin brace, chassis bracing)
I really struggle to burnout it just chirps and goes off down the road.
Unfortunately the door sticker is now just white with nothing on it.
I found this under the bonnet?
The uncertainty is driving me insane.
If anyone is interested i called up Mazda UK with the VIN and 24 hours later the delightful young lady called me back to confirm S-Special status and Minty left the factory with a Torsen LSD. This backs up my less-than-scientific studies on the local industrial park so I’m sure it’s never been removed.
Result!
