Over the years I’ve taken multiple sets of wheels to City Powdercoaters in central Birmingham, who refurb bare wheels for just £20 each, and to be fair the quality is surprisingly good!
It costs slightly more for them to remove tyres and refit them after, plus they won’t do centre caps, but for £20 a wheel how can you argue?!!!
