The penalty Kane took was a shocker, but the follow-up spot on

They all count, any team would take that.
It’s was soft, the ref didn’t give much, very keen but he couldn’t really reverse the decision, VAR didn’t, wouldn’t.
To me we dragged that out, even in extra time, it should have been over sooner.
That’s football I’m afraid, I’ll be on the terraces come the start of the season (hopefully) pulling my hair out sometimes at my team, love it really.

Well done to Denmark - They had a good hour dominating the game, but their energy eventually drained whilst England still had some in reserve to get the job done… Sterling forced the mistake from Denmark in their first goal, penalty was soft, but as Mick AP commented, ref gave it, so difficult for VAR to overturn it…
Denmark did their country and their former talisman Andreas Christiansen proud… But it was England’s night - Final thread to follow…
