Exhaust recommendations for an NC

Agreed it’s pricey, just curious and looking at all options

Ouch, that price made me wince a bit!

Another option could be to keep stock backbox but replace header with catless and center pipe with sports cat. NC Exhaust systems - #7 by nlppan

Have the Scorpion front pipe back system/box. It’s lovely. 2nd Cat delete, resonator box delete. Still passes MOT. Pops and crackles a bit when desired but very quiet on motorway at a cruise. Easy on the ears under light load but does sing at higher revs and (subjectively) breathes better=goes better. Rang Scorpion and they pointed me to a stockist who did a better deal as well!

Expensive yes but in reality not much more than the IL Motorsports back box and plenty of people seem to have bought one of them. As I said was just curious if anyone had one as I know from previous experience they’re top quality products.

Cobra exhaust on my mk3 and i agree with all the other comments , nice sound ,loud enough but not so loud the neighbours complain in the morning and nice pop on lift off. I belive its mid priced aswell.

I’m very pleased with the Cobolt from Moss Europe  Make the car sound like it should without being a boy racer!

Hi. Might be interested in your exhaust. Bit of a Luddite….easier on guy_seymour@hotmail.com

This is the best combo that I landed on plus there’s power to be gained, so both an improvement in tone and detectable performance benefit.
