My first MX-5 was the NC1, an excellent introduction to the world of small, lightweight sportscars. Eventually sold on Autotrader to someone on my road so I can see it whenever I like…

I know that this photo has appeared elsewhere (not in this thread), but it is one of my favourites. It was taken earlier this year on the road up the Duddon valley towards Hardknott Pass.
