final arrangements for Dudley Tunnel trip

Hi Everybody

We will meet at the Dudley Canal Trust (post code DY1 4SB) from 9.30 A.M.The restaurant has kindly said they would open at this time instead of 10 a.m.to enable anybody who wants a drink to do so .It would help if everybody could be there no later by 10.10 a.m. as the trip starts 10.30 sharp.There is an honesty box on the car park which I think is only asking for £1

We were going to have a tea break after our drive to the Vine Yard but they have informed me that they would not be able to cater for a large number,so if anyone wants a drink after the tunnel trip I have arranged to do so at the canal restaurant (at least it will warm us up after a cold tunnel trip).

I will hand out all drive sheets then.

We will try to travel together but in case of getting split up myself and Margaret will lead group 1 and John and Hilary Group 2 . Group numbers will be at the top of your drive sheet, so on leaving car parks please ensure you are in the correct group. 

See you all on Sunday hopefully you will enjoy the dayout

Hi All,
Many thanks for the compliments it was good to have a run in the sun for a change (mind you I was shattered Saturday after doing the sun dance for 2 hours).Sophie asked me to convey her thanks for including her in conversations she really felt part of our club.

Would have been a wee bit far to come back for the day but now looking forward to the runs head through the summer.
