My girlfriend loved going out on it (zzr1400) too so that was a bonus.

Sorry to hear that, I avoided the accidents but nearly got taken out 3 times in 1 afternoon by various drivers. All 3 on the wrong side of the road, with 1 actually reading some paperwork as he turned out of a junction before hitting the verge. I had stopped but it was at that point I decided I loved riding but not the idiots or the potholes. For me the MX-5 is perfect. Not crazy powerful but still fun. I find the ND is easier to drive, especially long distances, but isn’t quite as much fun as the NC at pootling speeds. I went from the 1.6 to the 2.0 litre and this one really smooths out at 80mph (must be mistaken officer). Wind in the hair with a lot less hassle.
