Great thanks. Did you paint the dash yourself or have it done? It does look really smart against the generally drab standard interior

Did it myself with rattle cans, primer coat, a couple of red coats, flatting in-between then a couple of lacquer coats.

Does it look like an even factory type finish? I guess you could polish it after like the exterior to get it smoother. I asked at a bodyshop and they wanted £150 to paint it

I did the roll hoop covers too, both the dash panel and those were very much a nice smooth glossy finish. It’s all in the prep and application of course, you’ll never achieve a finish like the professionals but pretty close if you take your time and as said prep well.
