1991 MX5 MK1 Le Mans Purchased by the present owner in 2015 who has carried out a full restoration of this classic car. The car was stripped back to bare shell and then placed onto a body jig for alignment purposes. Both rear wings, and sills and part inner sills were removed and replaced with genuine Mazda parts. Inner wheel arches repaired. Front and rear frames stripped back, prepared and resprayed. All the existing paintwork was stripped back to bare metal and full preparation and respray back to Le Mans colour scheme. The front and rear suspension has been completely overhauled with new bushes, bearings and all parts prepared, and powder coated. Full engine overhaul including turbo. New hood fitted. The owner has full photographic record of the restoration works at all stages, which was completed in 2016. This can be brought to the Spring Rally if required. This car won the MX5 Owners Club Wentworth Woodhouse trophy for standard MK1 at the Spring Rally in 2016. For the last 2 years the car has been garaged by the owner.
