Nice pics chaps - well done!
I particularly like Duncan’s rally shots - very evocative for someone who had the good fortune to have marshalled the Group B cars in the UK forests the first time round.
I worked the rally stage stop line on Saturday afternoon so had the chance to experience the cars again “hands on”. Start line was desperately cut up again though - but interesting to see which drivers were sensible enough to start the stage from the back slope of the hole and get a little bit more momentum.
I think the 037 actually kicked up the biggest cloud of chalk dust when I was there - thank goodness the wind was blowing down the stage so nobody got too enveloped in the crud.
Took a first-timer with me this year and he was amazed at the sheer variety and scale of the event. Agreed that everyone should make the effort at least once to see the FoS.
I’ve been a couple of times but missed it this year… it costs a lot, but seems incredibly cheap when you begin to realise just how much is going on there!! Gutted I missed the Rally RX7 though…
