In other words tick to allow us to have your data for a bottle of beer - don’t you hear or see what’s going on with data e.g. Fcebook(should have been called Bostbook) just now - and has been for years - only a fool gives ther data away for a penny !
I just gave them my ‘junk’ e-mail address. So many sites need a valid e-mail address to use them. I always have a throw away address. Personally I use a site called Freeola who will allow you to set up multiple free e-mail addresses. Whenever the junk e-mails build up I ditch the address and start up a new one.
First one was xxxx@sennafans.com. Then xxxx@beatlesfans.co.uk. Now I’m xxxx@veryold.net.
Over 500 different ones to choose from so should keep me going for a few years.
Same here , got an old yahoo one I use solely for this type of thing. I’ve also used mickey@disney.com a few times 
I use my junk address if they send an e-mail that needs confirming. Otherwise I use not@this.com
