I recently bought a 2023 Mk 4 soft top MX-5 & paid or front parking sensors to be retro-fitted.
The garage have no told me that there is sonething in the way behind the bumper & it would require drilling the bumper which will invalidate the warranty - does any one know if this is correct please?
Probably not advisable to have a garage fit front parking sensors to a car that has a pedestrian safety system installed, not unless its a Mazda garage who know what they are doing and the system in-place.
I have a 2024 Homura RF. I was rather disappointed that it was only fitted with rear parking sensors as standard. Unless Mazda offer an official bespoke plug and play kit, I wouldn’t even consider having an aftermarket system fitted
Changed tune? None of the persons in your post archeologist find are there anymore. One totally jacked in the profession in fact
I was ‘happy to be around a Mazda dealer’ a few weeks ago as I was passing with the dog (it’s along the road to the train station), and saw a Deep Crystal Blue one in the showroom, which I’d never seen in Houma trim in ‘real life’, and thought I’d take a look. If that’s okay that is. I did tell my mum first
Someone else made a similar remark, but you didn’t quote them or ask if they’re trolling.
I agree ref on topic, but Club Members and non members surely must be regarded with equal respect.
