The viscosity figures are pretty much identical to Castrol Syntrans Multivehicle so good low temp performance.
Will it improve your gearghange? Probably, depends what you have in there at the moment, but no harm in trying it.
If you do try it, give it a 500 miles to bed in before praising or criticising, I found this when changing to Redline MT 90.
