Has anyone had any experience of Gemini immobilisors we have one on our ‘new’ NA but it does not appear to work. It seems to also have central locking and an alarm on the fob which also don’t operate.
TIA

They are usually quite straightforward. If the immobiliser does not work but is still connected you would not be able to start the car. My guess is that it has become faulty and been decommissioned and/or removed. Check the wiring on your ignition. An aftermarket immobiliser would require a break in the thick blue wire. If all wires in this area continuous there is no immobiiser function.
You can usually find user manuals for these online. If struggling reply with the model and I will look for you.
Have you checked batteries in the fobs? Even the little round Gemini fobs have a battery that needs to be putting out around 3 volts. Central locking relies on door actuators that are a bit of a problem to maintain. They can easily take on water and rust up.
Best advice is try a few simple things and then give up and remove everything associated if not easy to sort out.
New batteries in FOB, central locking and alarm now working correctly, no idea how/if immobiliser is working. Car starts with either key and fob so its either proximity or been disabled
