I was just wondering if we have many people on iRacing in the forum?
I just got it again in the Black Friday sale a few weeks ago and getting back into it again, racing in the Global MX-5 Cup. I’m still new to it so my ratings are very low and I seem to keep getting pushed off the road when I’m in the top 5 in a race, but it’s really fun.

iRacing is a racing simulator, pretty realistic too. One of the free cars (and easiest to drive) is the MX-5 ND, it’s really good fun.
A friend of mine got me into iRacing, he makes pedal rumble kits and other immersive stuff, some people spend a lot of money on rigs. I just have Thrustmaster pedals and steering wheel with some of my friends add-ons for immersion.

Yes it is, usually the first one is something like 40% off, every year at Black Friday they do similar deals too.
I started with the 3 month deal for about £3 just to see how I find it, loved it and bought a year.
Yes I’ve built a rig with haptics and use both iracing and ACC, great dynamics and perfect for winter evenings, Mazda global cup on iracing is very entertaining only trouble is motion sickness effect on certain tracks with elevation changes can make it tricky to use to close to evening meal times
