Hi, is the only difference between the the 2 forged BBS alloys and nappa leather interior?
Is the nappa interior any better really? I guess the forged wheels are lighter?

Which model year? Current options for the ND in the UK according to the internet (so not a guarantee of total accuracy) are:
The 2024 Mazda MX-5 is available in three trim levels in the UK: Prime Line, Exclusive Line, and Homura:
Prime Line
The entry-level trim, starting at £28,000, includes:
- 131bhp 1.5-litre engine
- 16-inch alloy wheels
- Black cloth seats
- Climate control air-conditioning
- 8.8-inch infotainment screen
- USB-C connectivity
Exclusive Line
Starting at £30,000, this trim includes:
- 1.5-litre or 2.0-litre engine
- Bright finish to the 16-inch wheels
- Bose sound system
- Leather trim for the centre console and dashboard
- Keyless entry
Homura
The range-topping trim, only available for the 2.0 litre model:
- 17” BBS alloy wheels in gunmetal grey
- Red brake callipers with uprated Brembo units up front
- RECARO bucket seats with leather and Alcantara trim
The MX-5 is also available as a convertible or RF model, with the RF being slightly heavier but offering the option of an automatic gearbox (this may not be correct)

There really is little difference. The wheels look nice and are a couple of pounds lighter than stock. The leather is similar. Personally I’d buy on price, condition, history and mileage and whether you like the colour rather than whether it’s a GT.

That sounds about right, everything else being equal. The wheels are about £1800 to buy separately IIRC.
Firstly i love the ND 5 but checking this list only thing i am surprised about is in base model cloth seats 
personally for 28k all should have leather or give you the option interesting to see difference between 3 trim levels .
