When I bought mine last Friday, I was so excited I done everything at the dealers, left my own car there, and travelled the 30 miles home in the new mx.
I asked my son, who is in his 30’s to come back to the dealers and pick my other car up, I said we can take the mx and he could drive my car home.
He looked horrified, and said he would not get in the mx, even in the dark, much to embarrassing.
So he took me in his shagged out caddy van that’s slammed to the floor, smokes, rattles and has to avoid cracks in the Tarmac, let alone potholes. I felt like we should have been wearing red noses and revolving bow ties.
That WAS embarrassing. ??
^ ^ This in reality
To be so offended by insults of this ilk would suggest that being a hairdresser or gay or a girl is somehow the most heinous of titles.
Two out the three for me. Do the members of the OC now wish to nor associate with me?
Just chill. You don’t drive Audi so what’s the issue? … or do you?
quite. There are rather a lot of old (and old before their time) gits on the forum. Did they lead such isolated childhoods at prep school that all their associates were paragons of virtue? There are plenty of nice kids around as well. There was always a mixture.
I’m in my late sixties and was never a little angel at school. I didn’t grow up too bad though. Perhaps not the perfect parent or grandparent.
My generation though had more choices when it came to employment. It’s hardly the same for today’s kids. Most of the manufacturing has hone abroad and factories have closed. Leaving what? High grade or low grade employment but very little in the middle ground. A lot of these kids won’t get the chance to buy a decent car. Always assuming that the world isn’t full of hybrids and SPECS cameras.
Smile, ffs. Lifes too short.
people very often mask their jealosy with insult’s
