Halfords Discount Extended for MX5OC Members

Hi Everyone,

Some good news for you all. Ted McKay (MX5OC Members Benefits Officer) has secured a deal with Halfords Head Office, to extend the Halfords Discount for MX5OC members, until September 2018.

So, whether you want to update your SATNAV or buy some goodies for your MX5, here is the process, given below in BOLD Text from Ted;

Please find a link below to an updated voucher for 10% discount from Halfords that is valid until September 2018 which I would ask you to circulate to all of your members as they will need a current MXOC card to activate the offer which relates to all items within the store at the time of purchasing.

I often shop at Halfords and have saved a lot of money over the last year using this discount.

For info, I tried this out today, as I printed off the voucher and went to Halfords and purchased Autoglym Products.

Presented voucher at the till and lady had not seen it before and read the voucher and I showed her my membership card and she just scanned the items, scanned the voucher barcode and it all worked perfectly.

She said she had learnt something as it was a new one on her and I was happy, as I got 10% off - Result!

I downloaded the discount leaflet and had it on my phone as a .pdf when I went in Halfords, Crystal Peaks, Sheffield yesterday.
I did nt expect that the would give the discount on a low value item ÂŁ3.50 but they did, very happy, its not the value its the principal !!
They have sheets and sheets of discount bar codes by the till, NHS. Police etc, ours was not one of them so the bar code on the leaflet (downloadable within the members only area) is needed, along with proof of current membership
