Hardtop respray costs?

 Hi, has anyone done a respray on a hardtop and/or know of a rough cost figure?

It all depends on how far the sprayer is willing to go and how much you are willing to spend,if they remove the rear window they will need to get some one in to do it and replace when finnished so that is extra money + paint etc + labour between £200/£250+ unless you spray it yourself so save on labour,use plasticoat gloss black in large tins from B&Q(black looks good on any colour car) can be done over a weekend and back on the car sunday night,total cost £40.00 this is what i do and anyone who as seen my cars in the flesh will tell you how good these have turned out.

I have a black Eunos, so i would be spraying black.  I have seen a red hardtop locally.  How difficult is it to do at home?

It Took me  a weekend from start to lifting it back on the car,thats including going back to get gloss tins,because i was going to spray it satin but did not like it,plus remember once you put a coat of paint on there is nothing you can do until it goes off,so you can get on with somthing else???send me your email address and i’ll take some pic’s and forward them on to you.
