Hi all, I’m just about to pick up a gc fabrications roll bar which has a harness bar built in.
Has anyone fitted harnesses to their NC , and kept the original seat belt for driving on the road?
Just don’t want to get rid of the oe harness as it’s a pain using harness when not on track.
Is it fairly easy to fit harness’s to the nc?

Use clip in belts and UNF threaded eye bolts to replace stock bolts.

I used these and the roll bar harness bar to attach the harness. Plus retained the original seat belt for road use.

Do please seriously consider these TRS Arm Restraints from Merlin Motorsport. If you are unfortunate to find yourself upside down you will instinctively put an arm up to protect yourself and in an open car it will result in unnecessary additional pain.
If you are intending to fit racing harnesses, you should know the difference between a clip in and bolt in harness
