Despite my pleas, and in view of the police safety advice to reduce the number of exhibiting cars from 1300 to a “mere” 1200, they claim to be enforcing the 20-years or over eligibility on entrants. So should be open to owners of 1989 cars. Get your applications in ASAP.

 

Even if you don’t enter, this is probably the most pleasant car club pub meet in the country, and well worth popping along to if you are in the area.

I concur!

I live in Harpenden and its great fun every year. If anyone is going with theirs and wants any advice on places to stay, eat, park or whatever, do not hesitate to get a hold of me and i’ll do my best to help out.

 Was a good evening out last year. I still have some pictures from it.

There were a couple of 5s on show last year as i recall although obviously not 20 years old.

Despite the 20 year rule there has always been a good proportion of modern high end cars on show. It will be interesting to see just how well the rule is enforced this year now that the event is under new management.
