HEL Clutch line

I’ve recently changed the clutch on my mk1 along with a new slave cylinder and at the same time I have fit a new Clutch hose.  This is the HEL which is direct from the master cylinder straight to the slave cylinder.  The advantage of this line is it allows you to remove the complete hardline and pig tail making bleeding the clutch much easier.  The line cost £28 so not too expensive.

How did it improve the clutch operation?

The advantage is the pedal feels slightly better and firmer.  I fit it mainly due to just replacing my clutch and the slave cylinder and needed to bleed it.  The advantage is it runs the fluid straight down rather than it travelling all across the bulk head and pig tail making it much easier to bleed the system.
