Hello everyone!
I’m a new member based in Stoke, as per the title and recently made the switch to MX5 life with a 2007 NC1 1.8 and have so far enjoyed every moment. I’m no expert when it comes to cars however, so I’m open to any suggestions and advice you fine folks may have for a newbie like me

I second Mike’s advice, just drop the top and enjoy. 
Later on you might want to take a look at making sure your car is protected against salty roads if you plan on using her year round.
Hi from another N Staffs member. I do a lot of travelling up and down the A500 and I may have seen your BD57 reg knocking about (?)
I’m not the only one on here to use CS Haynes in Silverdale

Welcome to the club! I’m based in Stafford. If you haven’t already done so, I suggest joining the Shropshire MX5 and MX-5 North Wales Facebook groups if you are interested in some meets and runs in those areas. They’re not official MX5OC groups but plenty of OC members are in them.
