Hi Everyone,

I recently brought a soul red 2016 1.5 sport nav.

Have been on the UK owners club on Facebook for a few weeks now but thought I better get myself signed up to the full online one.

Most of my car history has been Japanese but I’ve actually just come from a Mini cooper S. Really wanted something lightweight and involving to drive and I’m loving the mx5 so far.

I tend to modify my cars in one way or another (sometimes little things, other times quite heavily changed). So I imagine I’ll be asking for peoples knowledge and experience of what they have done to their cars. Possibly end up annoying the purists who like to keep things standard too :smiley:

I can see a few of the users from Facebook are also on here so excited to join the club.

Hello ZS,
Welcome aboard.
I think you’ll fit in nicely here as the MX-5 lends itself to modifications, major or minor.
It’ll be fun to follow along with your car’s development if you get the chance and have the urge.
I haven’t seen any evidence of annoyance thankfully, only robust support of other like minded souls.
