Help needed Scratching noise on back wheels

Hi all,

Glad to be back, I have a really weird scratching sound on the back wheels all the time, any idea what it is, it’s passed its service and MOT, so unsure what it is.

Any help is much appreciated

First place I’d always check is the backing plates for crusty rust rubbing on brake parts or rust deposits on the discs scuffing on the pads. Are you able to jack the car up and rotate the wheels independently to try to recreate?
