We are looking for people to lend there time. Weather it be marshaling cars, tending a stall or helping with the organising.

 I’m camping at nearby campsite early June - I can ask whether they would be willing to suspend their 2 night minimum rule…

Bosworth Water Trust - not far from Mallory.

Also, I live less than a mile from the circuit if you need anything.

hi peter

i presume you want lots of helpers doing 1 or 2 hour shifts on various jobs… this will get you more volunteers when they realise they dont have to spend all morning at the gate directing or whatever.

Oh, & yes i am happy to do a shift, preferably not on a stall. as far as organising is concerned, what needs doing? do you have a timetable of events yet, or have i missed something? anyway happy to donate a couple of hours if needed.   [:D]

 Hi Peter, I live about 15 miles away in Tamworth, retired very early from work so have quite a few hours on my hands so happy to help in any way i can.

as discussed at the SC we will be able to cover two people in the tea room for the first two hours, offer two people for the parking for the first two hours and happily do Hot5 and Cool 5 judging if you need us.

What time will we need to be there? (we are staying overnight friday nearby)
