Hi all, my name’s Matt and I’m from the Leics/Northants border area. I’ve been the proud owner of an MX-5 for almost a year now but other than finding technical threads I didn’t take a whole lot of notice of the club. I’ve just been enjoying the car and wondering why I didn’t get one sooner!
This is my pride and joy, a 2012 2 litre KURO edition PRHT.
I’ll make a thread about it in Readers Rides, I wrote a load out but realised that’s not the point of this post. Cheers.
I should point out that I do intend to join the club at some point, just not sure when yet. Got a big bill for the service to pay shortly, will be explained in the RR thread.
Thanks all! She’s called Elly, actually suggested by a member on a another forum I frequent. It’s short for ‘eleʻele’, which is Hawaiian for black. I’m not Hawaiian and nor is the car but I like pineapple on pizza and like the irony of that name for a white car!
I just paid for my membership this morning so that should show up at some point.
