Hiroshima Mazda Museum

I have just got back from a holiday in Japan and visited the Mazda Museum at Hiroshima. My Son had pre-booked a 2 hour tour for us and our wives. It was really impressive with examples of the first 3 wheel truck, various models through the ages, concept cars and the Le Mans winning car. the Mazda Kodo philosophy was explained and the ND MX5 was heavily featured as an example of this. Needless to say I was wearing my Club poloshirt and a Japanese couple on the tour was at Compton Verney last year.

There is a museum shop and I noticed a book in Japanese about the Development Story of the ND by the Chief Engineer. I hope there will be an English version.

Glad you enjoyed it. I went in 2018 and found a great experience, as well as learning quite a lot about the company and its history :crossed_flags:

I reckon the staff really appreciated you turning up in a club shirt that shows how much we value their car and culture across the other side of the world.
Seventy years ago we were doing appalling stuff to each other yet managed to repair the damage over time.
