Hood replacement in Norfolk/East Anglia?

Hi Folks,

Does anyone know where I can get a vinyl hood supplied and fitted for my MK1 Eunos Roadster in the Norwich or East Anglia area?

I’ve seen a place in Dagenham, Essex on eBay who will do it for £230 all inclusive which doesn’t seem too bad.

Any help or suggestions much appreciated.

If you are prepared to go as far as Dagenham, then I would highly recommend going just a tad further to Romford and look up The Car trimming Company.

The owner makes the hoods on site and also supplies to the trade too.  I bought my mohair hood from them 4 years ago and its as good now as when it was fitted.  They also re-trimmed my seats last year too.  The hood would take them around 4 hours or so to fit so you could drop it off and wander round Romford.

These two firms are both local to the central Norfolk / Norwich area. I have no personal experience of either of them but have heard positive reports of both. May be worth you at least giving them a call. You also have the option of buying a new hood from any one of several suppliers (google search the web) then just looking for a local firm to fit it.

You could try MalcolmMazda on this forum. He is local and fits hoods for Mazmania IIRC.
