as above, where can i get the oil temp i bought a guage… silly money really (cheap) and it came with a M10 sender… where do i put it ??

It would be wise to check with the vendor first as to which type of thread is cut in the sandwich plate ports. Chances are they will be 1/8 NPT in which case you are going to need an M10 to 1/8 NPT adapter or a new temperature sender with the right thread.
If 1/8 NPT is do-able then you might consider using a tee-piece to tap into the supply to the oil pressure gauge. The oil pressure gauge has a 1/8 BSP thread but Europa Spares appear to have a tee-piece that will take an additional 1/8 NPT fitting.
The tee-piece would be cheaper but the sandwich plate would probably be a more robust solution.
ideal, i was reading last night about putting it in oil galleries and everything,
i’ve got a m10 sender, any ideas how to get that on they all seem smaller
