Reading through all the posts what struck me is that you create mental pictures of all the regulars on here. My pictures were all about 5-10 years shy of the real ages. Lets just stick with what we feel in our heads.

You lucky man! I lived in Koblenz for about a year some 30 years ago, and itās a lovely part of the world. The drive down the Moselle valley (off the autobahn, natch) should be on the āGreat Drivesā list IMHO. A bit further south āupā the Rhine lie some of the best vineyards producing what is now greatly underrated wine., and the lovely Asbach Uralt.
