How to.....fix lazy seat belts

Our Eunos Roadster has always had lazy seatbelts: They retract, but only if you give them no resistance. So when you get in the car and you have to ‘offer up’ the slack for the belt to tighten across you. If you don’t do this then the belt remains dangerously slack.

Anyone else had a similar thing?

Check if you have the Roadster-only seatbelt “relaxer” (electrical device that slackens the seatbelt slightly when the ignition is on you can disable it by removing its fuse from the interior fuse box).
