How to remove rear bumper MX - 5 Mk3 Roadster 2010

Hi

Can anyone provide me with some guidance on how to remove a rear bumper on a MX - 5 mk3 3 (2010) Roadster?

Thanks in adavance, any help would be much appreciated.

 Have a look on www.miata.net although its American there should be no different other than the difference in ns/ & os left hand drive if you get my drift look on the garage forum

 Go onto MX5parts.co.uk, look for the rear diffuser, click on the fitting instructions - Tells you how to remove the rear bumper

They are OK, but the ones for the front are way out Sad
