Has anyone used this and is it any good?
I havent used that one but have bought some of this;
I saw the reviews on it with some negative ones saying it was hard to polish off or left streaks but other ones said that was due to using too much product. I decided to give it a try but have only used it once so far last week. It is beading up well and I had no problems applying it so I hope it will be OK. I expect it takes time to get used to use each product so should get better I hope.
No, haven’t tried any graphene based product yet. Have far too many other bottles to get through!
I’d always consider a spray-based product to be a ‘top-up’ though. So bare that in mind as far as durability goes
I’m curious as this is the first product I’ve come across to have graphene in it. Is it living up to expectations?
Its a “wax” that when you spray it on you need to wipe it off before it sets. Usually within 15 seconds.
I found AG Rapid Ceramic Spray far better
I’d say the jury was still out, from a car care point of view. And it’s obviously a pretty crowded marketplace already.
I think it has the potential to be very useful and be a step forward from current product offerings. But for it to be truly successful it needs to not just be marketing ‘waffle’ !!
For what it’s worth, I currently use Soft99 products with my NC2. Fusso Coat wax, with top-up protection from Fusso Speed Barrier ‘Quik Spray’. Excellent durability, looks good, easy to look after.
But given the market these days, ask 10 people and you’ll get 10 recommendations back, all that will do the job perfectly well
I’ve tried their interior Ceramic Graphene ‘inside job’ on all the interior plastics, dash etc. Fancy names, smells ok for a minute whilst applying but I’m not really looking at anything better than the Autoglym can do. The only difference is the finish, the Turtle wax stuff leaves a Matt finish, the Autoglym a satin finish which I prefer. The Autoglym costs less too.
Matt sounds good for the intrument cluster lid, which I find reflects horribly in the windscreen in low sun
