By SERIOUS I am referring to damage that would put the viability and road worthiness of the car at risk, not cosmetic damage however expensive it may be to repair and that could also by caused by a vandal with an implement or careless shopper with a shopping trolley for example. Being rear-ended by an SUV that caused structural damage to my ND that rendered it a “write-off”, that is SERIOUS damage and I’m positive that if it had been a bike that hit me result would have been totally different.

Hate is a strong word, I’d say I’m not a fan of some cyclists on the road just like there are halfwits in some cars. There is a chap in Glasgow who is on YouTube who is a shining example of what is wrong with the cycling community. A man out with a chip on his shoulder desperate to create an issue on the road.
