The lid seems to be missing and I think the one that comes with said tray is elongated, so your oe lid is useless.

Hi Davy, the one on the forum is in my car, you take your centre console out and swap over the base using your original sliding lid

Oh, that’s different to MX5 Parts description…they say there’s a lid included.

It has been a while since I changed mine over, I will check out the instructions that came with my tray when I get home…

You are right it is missing the lid !

Also looks to be missing the integral 12v outlet

The add is for a used tray and does not mention the 12v socket

This is now supplied with the lid.
