As I recall, originally someone just grafted a lower part of a NC bumper to an upper NA bumper. You can still do that.

lots of references to custom front bumpers but I can’t find anything for this - some old Miata references missing.
Surprising as a number if other offerings around without anywhere near the class, in my opinion.
