…and, like me, you can’t find anything to plug the outlet at the bottom while the tank is soaking, the cap off the rear caliper lower slide pin works a treat

What did you use??
A bit of a concoction, Hot water, Vanish Oxy-Action, small amount of bleach, and some degreaser then let it stand overnight, rinse and use a bottle brush to wipe the lose stuff off the insides. See the bottle brush in the pic, it has to have bristles on the end.
